Progress Report: June 27, 2006
Several more milestones have been reached for this project:
• Expect three more major Chefs to sign on before the end of the month.
• CIE has nearly hit its goal of 30 of the top New Orleans Chefs. We are now at 24 and feel that this number will be reached before the end of the first week in July.
• We fully expect to have reached a publishing agreement before August 1st.
The momentum is building.
